James has 20 years' experience working with plc and private development and housebuilding companies including Bloor Homes, St. Modwen and Persimmon Homes. He has an excellent track record for identifying, acquiring and delivering both immediate and longer-term strategic opportunities.

Mark Snape

Director

With over 25 years’ experience in architecture, Mark co-founded our sister company Centaur Homes in 2006. Heavily involved in all stages of the house building process, he is highly motivated to create inspirational homes that he is exceptionally proud of.

Guy Wooddisse

Director

Guy has over 20 years’ experience in securing planning consents on sensitive sites around the country. He works to ensure the very best scheme designs meet the exacting requirements of the Local Planning Authorities in order to deliver successful planning outcomes.
