The scheme includes 8 much needed Affordable dwellings to help satisfy the lack of housing land supply in Tewkesbury Borough and the urgent affordable housing need as seen on the ever-growing housing waiting list. The design of the dwellings reflects the vernacular of surrounding buildings and this, along with the use of materials found within the area generally, facilitates the accommodation of the proposed development within the locality.
