Centaur Land are pleased to announce that planning permission was granted recently for a 100% Affordable Housing scheme in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Centaur Land worked with Bayhill Property on this significant project in a town that has seen very little housing growth over the past 15 years and where only two Affordable homes have been provided within that timeframe. Committee members suggested that the site is one of the largest exception sites for Affordable housing in Cotswold District Council’s history which is a fantastic achievement!
The 37 dwellings (16 affordable rent, 15 shared ownership, and 6 social rent) will all be modular construction, zero carbon homes with sustainability features including air source heat pumps and solar panels. In addition, the proposal also includes land to be gifted to the Community Land Trust.
